Short version: MTAAH collects nothing from you. Your audio goes directly from your microphone to Groq using your own API key. It never passes through any server owned by MTAAH.
This Privacy Policy explains how MTAAH handles data in connection with SpeakType ("Software") and the website at app.fixthatflow.com ("Site"). Please read it carefully.
MTAAH collects no personal data from you through the Software or this Site.
When you speak, the Software sends your audio to Groq's speech-to-text API using your own Groq API key. MTAAH is not in this data flow at any point.

Your use of Groq's API is governed by Groq's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Review those directly at groq.com to understand how Groq processes your audio.
Purchases of the Software are processed by Polar.sh, which acts as Merchant of Record. When you buy, you submit your payment information directly to Polar — MTAAH does not receive or store your credit card details or payment account information.
Polar may share your email address with MTAAH as the product seller for the purpose of delivering your purchase and providing support. This email is used only to respond to support requests and is not shared with any other party.

This website (app.fixthatflow.com) does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any third-party tracking scripts. Basic traffic analytics provided by Cloudflare (the hosting platform) may record aggregated, anonymized visitor counts. Cloudflare's data collection is described in Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Cloudflare may set technical cookies necessary for security and performance (such as bot protection). These cookies do not track you across other websites.
If you email [email protected] for support, your email and its content are used only to respond to your request. Emails are not shared with third parties and are not used for marketing without your permission.
Because MTAAH collects no data through the Software, there is nothing to retain or delete on that side. Support emails may be kept as long as reasonably necessary to provide follow-up support. If you would like a support email deleted, contact [email protected] and it will be removed promptly.
Because MTAAH holds no personal data from the Software, most data subject rights (access, correction, deletion, portability) have nothing to act on from MTAAH's side. For data held by Polar or Groq, contact those services directly.

The Software is not directed at children under 13. MTAAH does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal data, contact [email protected] and it will be removed promptly.
